POSITION OVERVIEW

The Club Manager is responsible for the overall performance, operations, sales, member experience, team leadership, and profitability of Anytime Fitness Eco Palladium.

This is a hands-on leadership position requiring strong commercial awareness, excellent people-management skills, and a passion for delivering an outstanding fitness experience. The Club Manager will lead the club team to achieve membership and Personal Training (PT) targets while ensuring the club operates efficiently, professionally, safely, and in accordance with Anytime Fitness brand standards.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fitness, hospitality, retail, sales, or service-related management.
• Previous experience managing a fitness club or commercial gym is highly advantageous.
• Proven experience leading sales-driven teams and achieving revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of membership sales, customer service, and operational management.
• Experience managing Personal Training performance is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Commercially driven with strong numerical and analytical ability.
• Comfortable working with KPIs, sales reports, budgets, and performance dashboards.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Able to work independently and take full ownership of club performance.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
