• SPM / Diploma or above

• Experience in FMCG / wholesale / fresh produce is an advantage

• Able to communicate in BM / English / Mandarin

• Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills

• Target-driven, proactive, and responsible

• Willing to travel / cover multiple areas

• Own transport required

• Comfortable working in market environment (wet market / F&B industry)

• Working Days: 6 Working Days per week

1.  Sales & Business Development

• Develop new B2B customers including wet market stalls, mini markets, restaurants, wholesalers, and retail shops

• Actively explore and expand new sales channels and customer base

• Promote company fresh vegetables and fruits to potential buyers

• Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth objectives

2.  Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers

• Ensure repeat orders and long-term business cooperation

• Understand customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations

3.   Market Expansion & Execution

• Conduct field visits to markets, restaurants, and retail outlets

• Identify new business opportunities in assigned areas

• Monitor competitor pricing and market demand trends

• Gather customer feedback to improve product supply and service

4.   Order & Collection Management

• Handle customer orders accurately and efficiently

• Follow up on delivery status and ensure customer satisfaction

• Ensure timely payment collection and control credit risk

5.   Reporting & Coordination

• Submit daily/weekly sales report

• Coordinate with warehouse & logistics team for delivery arrangement

• Work closely with operation & purchasing team for stock planning
