Full Time Failure Analysis Technician Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in NCS Global Technology Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Essential Responsibilities & Duties

• Perform basic failure analysis, inspection, and measurement of electrical units.
• Operate imaging and measurement equipment to capture, magnify, and inspect electrical units for potential defects or abnormalities
• Record and review measurement results and images using computer-based systems.
• Identify and document basic failure symptoms and escalate abnormal findings for further analysis.
• Handle high-volume units while meeting the required SLA.
• Follow standard operating procedures, work instructions, quality requirements, and safety guidelines.
• Work closely with the team to achieve daily workload and operational targets.

Key Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
• Basic electrical/electronic knowledge is an advantage.
• Comfortable working with computers, equipment, and extended screen time.
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Willing to work shifts and overtime when required.

Additional Details:

• Training:
• Undergo 1–2 months of general training, followed by specialized Failure Analysis and measurement training.
• Training will cover equipment operation, inspection methods, measurement techniques, and basic failure identification.

• Working Schedule:
• Normal working hours from 8AM to 5.30PM.
• 5 working days: either Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday.
• May transition to a 24/7 shift-based operation, including 12-hour shifts and overtime (OT) based on operational requirements.

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
