Requirements
* Experience in Quantity Surveying / Construction / Stone Industry is an advantage
* Familiar with Quotation, Costing, Variation Order, Progress Claim & Purchase Order
* Able to read and understand Construction / Shop Drawings
* Good knowledge of cost calculation and cost control
* Fluent in Chinese, English & Bahasa Malaysia
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
* Detail-oriented, responsible and good in communication & coordination
* Candidates with experience in the stone, renovation or construction industry are highly preferred
