Full Time Production Manager (Small Scale Factory) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 7,000 in MRD Johor - Maukerja

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to support daily manufacturing operations, optimize production schedules, and lead our production team. You will report directly to the Factory Manager and manage Production Leaders and Operators to ensure target output, safety, and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations, production leaders, and machine operators.
• Plan and manage production schedules to maximize machine efficiency and meet delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with Quality Control, Shipping, and Engineering teams on scheduling, deliveries, and new product trials.
• Track daily/weekly/monthly production output, waste/reject rates, and inventory status.
• Enforce workplace safety protocols and maintain production operating procedures.
• Serve as an internal auditor and departmental trainer for ISO standards.

Requirements

• Education: SPM with at least 2 years of experience, or a Diploma/Degree in a related field.
• Experience: Hands-on experience in Molding, Mixing, and Production Planning.
• Quality Standards: Working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 13485.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
