Full Time Purchaser Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in Nature First Harvest Selangor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Purchasing fresh produce (especially mushrooms) and related supplies from farm (CFM)
• Liaise suppliers to ensure consistent product quality and supply
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO) accurately and on time
• Monitor daily stock levels and coordinate with warehouse/logistics team for replenishment
• Follow up on delivery schedules to ensure timely arrival of goods
• Check and verify invoices, delivery orders, and purchase records
• Support price comparison and cost control to ensure competitive purchasing
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of all purchasing records in system
• Handle any supply issues, shortages, or quality concerns with suppliers

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain, or related field
• Basic knowledge of purchasing or inventory processes (fresh produce experience is an advantage)
• Good communication skills, especially when dealing with suppliers
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment (perishable goods handling)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic documentation
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to follow up closely
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Additional Advantage:

• Experience in F&B, wholesale, or fresh produce industry
• Familiarity with stock rotation (FIFO) and handling of perishable items

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
