We are looking for a creative, proactive and digitally savvy Digital & Social Media Marketing Intern to support our marketing and online presence.

The intern will assist in creating engaging digital content, managing social media platforms, supporting marketing campaigns, and increasing brand and product awareness through various digital channels.

This role is suitable for someone who enjoys social media, content creation, photography, video editing, graphic design and digital marketing and would like to gain practical experience in a business environment.

• Assist in planning and creating digital and social media content to promote the company, products and services.

• Manage and regularly update company social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.

• Create engaging content including social media posts, graphics, short videos, reels, product highlights and promotional materials.

• Assist with photography and video recording of products, projects, events and company activities.

• Edit photos and videos for social media, advertising and other marketing purposes.

• Develop creative ideas for social media campaigns, product promotions and brand awareness activities.

• Write clear and engaging captions, product descriptions and marketing copy.

• Assist in maintaining and updating the company's website and online product information where required.

• Support digital advertising and promotional campaigns across relevant online platforms.

• Monitor social media engagement, enquiries, comments and basic campaign performance.

• Research social media trends, competitor activities, content ideas and new digital marketing opportunities.

• Assist in preparing marketing materials such as brochures, product catalogues, presentations, posters and digital advertisements.

• Work with the sales and technical teams to understand products and translate technical information into simple and attractive marketing content.

• Assist in promoting company activities, completed projects, new products and customer solutions through digital channels.

• Maintain an organised library of photos, videos, graphics and other marketing assets.

• Perform other marketing and communication activities assigned by the supervisor.
