Full Time LOGISTIC OFFICER Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in FARRAJ TRADING & MANUFACTURING SDN BHD Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all Import & Export documentation, including the preparation of shipping documents such as:
• Invoice
• Packing List
• Bill of Lading
• Certificate of Origin
• And other relevant documents
• Assist with applications related to LMW (Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse).
• Manage local and export logistics operations, including liaising with:
• Freight forwarders
• Shipping liners
• Haulage companies
• Customs authorities
• Liaise with freight forwarders or shipping companies to obtain the best rates and shipping schedules.
• Plan and coordinate shipments with internal and external parties to ensure timely delivery.
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in logistics processes/operations.
• Experience in Import & Export documentation is an advantage.
• Good communication skills.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
