Excellent Guest Relation Skills

Excellent command of English language, both spoken and written

Multiple language ability is considered an additional advantage

Ensure the Restaurant service is at a quality at all times whilst preserving a level of guest privacy

Complete all cleaning and preparation to ensure a smooth service at all times

Arrange table setting, prepare and carry out food and beverage service to customers in a courteous and efficient manner

Notify the Restaurant Manager if you observe a particular item of stock is running low

Carry out any other reasonable duty to assist in the smooth running of the restaurant

Always strive towards customer satisfaction and provide excellent customer service
