Full Time Senior Engineer (Civil-Project) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in Boon Siew Honda Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

• ·To lead the maintenance of plant facilities including building, roads, landscaping & other amenities. Lead projects to improve facilities areas & support system
• To ensure all facility installation comply with local authorization legal requirements.
• To work closely with Safety & Health team on daily maintenance work to comply with OSH and Environment.
• ·To supervise and guide a team of engineers in planning & execution of systems PM activities such as lifting equipment, roller shutters, etc.
• Develop and implement facility management programs and procedures environment and life-cycle requirements according to ISO 9001, 14001 and other factory OSH, environmental and quality standards.
• Ensures all facilities maintenance records are kept for statutory compliance, future reference, audit, etc.
• Assist manager to prepare routine or ad hoc reports as required by the management.
• Assist manager in study and propose for investment plan for system replacement/ improvement or expansion.
• Conduct daily facilities inspections and escalate to superior for any irregularities or non-conformities.
• Plan & conduct routine meetings to sustain system conformity to ISO standards, regulatory & Honda requirement
• Perform the functional requirement of DOSH, DOE, Bomba, ST Acts and related regulations e.g., for Schedule Waste, Wastewater Treatment Plant management and others.
• Liaise with authorities, consultant or contractors in acquiring related approval for facilities projects
• To prepare & submit reports as required by the management.
• Supervise maintenance, refurbishment and renovations of facilities and equipment.
• Implement best practice processes to increase efficiency.
• Obtain quotes and tenders from vendors and suppliers.
• Manage contractors on site so that they comply to Environment, Health, and Safety policy during implementation of, building renovation works and utilities hook up.
• Prepare budgets for building/ environment monitoring programs.
• Develop long-term plans for facility upgrades.
• Participate in Kaizen activities.
• Ability to manage project, tasks on time with very little supervision.
• To perform part of the Manager function in his absence as deem fit by superior.
• Undertake any other projects, tasks and duties as assigned by superiors from time to time.
