Full Time Senior Service Engineer or Service Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 7,500 in Waftech Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Candidate must process at least a Certificate in Engineering either Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronic or equivalent experience.

Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Technical experience in mechanical & electrical.

Ability to work independently and self-discipline in managing projects.

Good project management and analytical skills.

5+ years in front-end semiconductor equipment as a Fab Equipment Engineer, Customer Service Engineer, or Technical Support Engineer (Tier 1 company preferred).

Experience with early product stages (alpha development, beta evaluation, or CIP).

Responsible for the assembly, integration, testing, troubleshooting, and improvement of automation machinery and equipment according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standards.

Assemble automation machines, modules, and mechanical sub-assemblies according to engineering drawings, BOMs, and work instructions.

Perform mechanical fitting, alignment, adjustment, and integration of machine components.

Conduct machine troubleshoot assembly-related issues.

Work closely with Mechanical, Electrical, and Software Engineering teams to resolve technical problems during machine build.

Ensure all assembly work complies with quality, safety, and production standards.

Perform machine rework, modification, and improvement based on engineering change requests.

Identify and report design, manufacturing, or assembly issues to the relevant departments.

Ensure tools, equipment, and workstations are maintained in good condition.
