Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible in the development of student leadership and student welfare.
• Develop innovative strategies that will effect greater student participation in student programmes and activities.
• Advise student organizations on club operations, including finances, communications, and internal systems.
• Build and maintain connections with industries and corporations to provide benefits for current students and alumni.
• Plan and organize key student events, including new student orientation, reorientation, and graduation ceremonies.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with alumni, keeping them engaged with college activities.
• Manages all aspects of the international student orientation.
• Provide comprehensive support to students by addressing their concerns, questions, and suggestions with a focus on customer service and satisfaction.
• Coordinate and supervise student activities to ensure a well-rounded and engaging experience.
• Assist students in securing accommodation and ensure a smooth transition into college life.

Job Requirements:

• Possessed a Diploma/Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 2 years working experience.
• Possess outgoing personality.
• Possess excellent communication and writing skills.
• Possess proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated and flexible with commitment to provide excellent customer service.
• Possess own transport
• Candidates with good background in extra-curricular activities are preferred.
