QA INSPECTOR (Bayan Lepas & Bukit Minyak Plant)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct dimensional and visual inspections of precision machined components.
- Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Callipers, Micrometres, Height Gauges, Plug Gauges, Thread Gauges, and other inspection equipment.
- Verify product conformity against engineering drawings and inspection requirements.
- Record inspection results and maintain inspection records.
- Identify and segregate non-conforming products.
- Report quality issues to the QA Supervisor or Engineer.
- Ensure measuring instruments are properly handled and maintained.
- Follow quality procedures, work instructions, and safety requirements.
- Support quality improvement activities as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM, Certificate, or equivalent.
- Experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing or precision machining environment is an advantage.
- Able to read and understand basic engineering drawings.
- Familiar with precision measuring instruments.
- Good attention to detail and quality awareness.
- Willing to work shifts and overtime when required.
