• Recognised MBBS / MD or equivalent medical qualification

• Full registration with the Malaysian Medical Council

• Valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC)

• Appropriate professional indemnity coverage

• Experience in General Practice, preventive medicine, chronic disease management, health screening or lifestyle-related health management preferred

• Good knowledge of cholesterol, hypertension, diabetes/prediabetes and weight-related health concerns

• Strong consultation and patient communication skills

• Ability to explain medical information in a simple, reassuring and easy-to-understand manner

• Comfortable conducting consultations through Zoom and other online platforms

• Professional, patient and empathetic communication style

To support Dr. Helen in providing professional health report interpretation, preventive health education and personalised lifestyle consultations to YFG clients.

• Conduct 1-to-1 health consultations with YFG clients when assigned.

• Review and explain blood test results, health screening reports and relevant medical history in an easy-to-understand manner.

• Help clients understand key areas such as cholesterol, blood pressure, blood sugar, weight and overall cardiometabolic health.

• Identify health issues that may require further medical assessment and appropriately advise clients to seek further clinical care when necessary.

• Discuss clients’ lifestyle habits, including diet, physical activity, sleep, stress and other relevant factors.

• Provide practical, evidence-based preventive health and lifestyle recommendations within the doctor's professional scope.

• Support Dr. Helen during group health analysis sessions, webinars, talks and educational programmes when required.

• Work together with YFG nutritionists and health consultants so that clients receive consistent guidance.

• Document important consultation findings and follow-up recommendations.

• Review selected YFG health education materials to ensure that medical information is accurate and appropriately communicated.

• Provide backup consultation coverage when Dr. Helen is unavailable.
