Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure strategic locations for vending machine placement, including offices, factories, commercial buildings, residential areas, and other high-traffic locations.
• Approach potential business partners, property owners, building management, and corporate clients to establish placement agreements.
• Conduct market research and assess location suitability, customer demand, and business potential.
• Prepare business proposals, quotations, presentations, and partnership agreements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, suppliers, customers, and business partners.
• Monitor vending machine sales performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue and profitability.
• Coordinate vending machine installation, product stocking, maintenance, and servicing with the relevant parties.
• Monitor machine performance, product availability, and customer feedback to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in developing business strategies, sales targets, and expansion plans.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, new locations, business development activities, and market opportunities.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for the Assistant position.
• Candidates with experience in business development, sales, retail, vending machines, or FMCG will have an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, resourceful, and able to work independently.
• Good organisational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transport is preferred, as the role may require site visits.
• Willing to travel for business development activities and customer meetings when required.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
