Full Time IQA Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in IOT MANUFACTURING SDN BHD Johor - Maukerja

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IQA Supervisor to lead and manage QA inspectors across the assembly line and Incoming QA station. The role is responsible for ensuring inspection processes, quality standards, manpower allocation, and work discipline are consistently maintained.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and lead QA inspectors in assembly and Incoming QA areas
• Plan and allocate QA manpower according to production requirements
• Ensure inspections are carried out according to SOPs, specifications, and quality standards
• Monitor incoming materials and identify quality issues or non-conformities
• Maintain QA records, reports, and inspection documentation
• Work closely with Production, Engineering, and other departments to resolve quality issues
• Coach and develop QA inspectors to improve performance and quality awareness
• Ensure compliance with company policies, QA procedures, and work ethics

About you

• Minimum SPM; Diploma in Quality/Engineering/Manufacturing is an advantage
• Minimum 3 years' experience in QA, preferably in a supervisory role
• Experience managing QA inspectors in an assembly/production environment
• PCBA, electronics, or manufacturing industry experience is essential
• Experience in Incoming QA/IQA is preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Able to manage manpower effectively and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Quality assurance: 3 years (Preferred)
