KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Guidance & Service:

• Assist expectant mothers, fathers-to-be, and parents in locating and selecting merchandise tailored to their needs.
• Provide expert advice on products suitable for both parents and babies.
• Welcome and engage customers, introducing products based on their requirements.
• Offer product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Sales & Operations:

• Manage the point-of-sale process efficiently and accurately.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets in alignment with Babyshop’s objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, customer service, or sales, preferably in baby care, nursery, or related products.
• Should have advanced knowledge of garmenting and exposure in product role
• Proven leadership with the ability to influence teams and manage stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen, Strategy development skills
• Planning and organizing skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking abilities.
• Attention to detail
• Flexible, adaptable and eager to learn
• Understanding of local retail market, geography and local market dynamics is must
