Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.

Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsible, detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.

Able to maintain confidentiality when handling employee information.

Previous HR experience is an advantage but not compulsory.

Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

Support daily HR administrative tasks, including filing, documentation, and updating employee records.

Assist in preparing HR documents, letters, and reports.

Maintain employee attendance and leave records.

Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, training sessions, and company events.

Handle employee information and HR documents confidentially.

Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
