Full Time Quality Assurance Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in Zheng Yee Precision Engineering Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Diploma/Degree in Quality Management, in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field is an advantage.

Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control in precision engineering, CNC machining, metal fabrication, or a related manufacturing industry.

Experience in handling customer complaints, quality investigations and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Familiar with quality tools such as 8D Report, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), FMEA, SPC and 5 Why Analysis.

Experience in conducting internal audits and coordinating external/customer audits.

Knowledge of precision machining, CNC processes, engineering drawings, GD&T and dimensional inspection methods.

Familiar with quality measuring equipment such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge and CMM is an added advantage.

Good communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to liaise with customers, suppliers and internal departments. Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Maintain and ensure compliance with the company's Quality Management System (QMS) and ISO requirements.

Handle customer complaints, perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Prepare and submit quality reports, including 8D reports and customer complaint reports. Coordinate internal, external and customer audits and follow up on audit findings.

Monitor quality performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Review and maintain quality documents, SOPs, work instructions and records.

Work closely with Production and Engineering teams to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence.

Conduct quality training and promote quality awareness among employees.

Support new product development, first article inspection (FAI) and customer quality requirements.
