Full Time Admin Project Landscape (TAMAN GAYA) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,600 in NURSERY HONG SOON SDN BHD Johor - Maukerja

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Prepare the necessary supporting documentation for the tender, in accordance with discussions held with superiors include prepare and update company profile.

2. Ensure that the Google Drive, filing system, and computer are updated whenever an award letter, purchase order, work order, or approved quotation is issued.

3. Represent the Landscape Operation Exec in the kick-off meeting, CPC inspection, and meetings with clients.

4. Assist the Landscape Operation Exec in liaising with clients and consultants regarding documentation, submissions, nursery visits, or any discrepancies to ensure that the project remains on schedule, and facilitate the preparation of the necessary documentation.

5. Assist the Landscape Operation Exec monitor on-site progress and ensure that documentation is up to date, obtaining approval from clients or consultants as required.

6. Communicate with the site supervisor regarding any issues and work to resolve them; if an issue cannot be resolved, escalate it to the Landscape Operation Exec for further action.

7. Prepare as-built drawings and liaise with consultants to ensure compliance with contract specifications, including the preparation of hard copies as required.

8. Assist the Landscape Operation Exec in coordinating a date for the CPC inspection with the consultant and client, should either party be unavailable.

9. In the event of a defect list report from consultants, assist the Landscape Operation Exec in requesting the site supervisor to address the defect on-site, subsequently closing the report and forwarding it to the client.

10. For projects that include maintenance within the contract, coordinate the handover of the project to the maintenance team.

11. Manage ISO 9001 compliance within the project department.

12. Provide assistance to the Landscape Operation Exec & Director with any ad-hoc duties as required.

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
