PERSONAL ASSISTANT CUM INTERIOR DESIGNER

Job Scope:

• Manage the Director’s schedule, appointments, meetings and travel arrangements.
• Prepare correspondence, meeting minutes and follow up on assigned tasks.
• Develop interior design concepts, space layouts, mood boards and 3D visualisations.
• Prepare technical drawings, furniture layouts and material specifications.
• Source materials, furniture and fittings, and obtain supplier quotations.
• Conduct site measurements and monitor renovation progress and workmanship.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and consultants.
• Organise project documents and handle confidential information.

Requirements:

• Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in interior design or renovation projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Microsoft Office; knowledge of rendering software is an advantage.
• Able to prepare technical drawings, space layouts and design presentations.
• Strong organisational, communication and time management skills.
• Professional, discreet and able to work independently.
• Possess a valid driving licence and be willing to travel for meetings and site visits.
