Full Time Human Resources Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in Semiwins International (M) Sdn. Bhd. Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.

1-3 years of relevant HR or administrative experience (experience in payroll processing is a plus).

Familiar with Malaysian Labour Law and EPF/SOCSO submission procedures.

Detail-oriented, organized, with strong multitasking abilities and a high sense of confidentiality.

Language: Proficiency in Mandarin (to coordinate with HQ/Mandarin-speaking colleagues) is required; English and Bahasa Malaysia are advantageous.

Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding/offboarding procedures, employee record-keeping, and employee relations.

Assist in monthly payroll calculation and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).

Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and performance appraisal data.

Ensure HR policies comply with Malaysian Labour Law and corporate governance standards.

Oversee daily office administration, including procurement of office supplies, equipment maintenance, vendor management, and document filing.

Support company license renewal, insurance matters, and contract management.
