Full Time HCM Implementation Consultant Jobs, in Yonyou Singapore Johor - Maukerja

1. Involve in the full cycle of Yonyou ERP/HCM and cloud implementation, including payroll, leave, claims, and appraisal.
2. Monitor and control project progress to ensure completion on schedule.
3. Work in teams to design, test, and develop localization and customization of Yonyou HCM and Cloud products.
4. Plan and manage development resources and schedule.
5. Solve technical problems during project delivery and document technical project documents.
6. Provide pre-sales support from a technical perspective, including product &technical solution demos.

Requirements:

1. Major in IT or related field;
2. 3 years' experience implementing HCM systems (e.g. Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, PeopleSoft, UKG) in the Philippines, including Core HR or Payroll configuration with local statutory compliance (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
3. Good planning and coordination skills
4. Strong writing, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills as well as good verbal and written communication skills.
6. A team contributor that has the ability to learn extremely fast, perform under pressure and excel in a fast-paced environment.
7. Travel in the Philippines and Australia for overseas projects in Southeast Asia
