Position: Marketing Admin
Location: Juru / Bukit Mertajam
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

1. KOL/KOC Sourcing

• Search and shortlist suitable creators through TikTok, XHS, Instagram and other platforms.
• Collect creator information, followers, views and engagement data.

2. Creator Communication

• Contact creators and introduce brand campaigns.
• Follow up on collaboration interest, fees and schedules.
• Confirm collaboration details with creators.

3. Agreement & Invoice Management

• Collect and check creators' agreements and invoices.
• Verify creator details, fees and payment information.
• Organise documents and submit them to the Finance Department.

4. Video & Livestream Follow-up

• Monitor video production and posting progress.
• Follow up on video links, livestream schedules and campaign requirements.
• Update the team on project progress.

5. Data & Administrative Support

• Update creator records and project status in Google Sheets.
• Track collaboration fees and payment progress.
• Prepare project reports and assist with daily administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Experience in marketing, admin or social media is an advantage.
