Full Time Customer Care Assistant Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in Synergy Staffing Selangor - Maukerja

1. Minimum Diploma. Candidates with lower qualifications, including SPM, may be considered if they have relevant work experience.
2. Experience in customer service, local order administration, sales support, or office administration.
3. Able to maintain accurate records and communicate clearly with customers and internal teams.
4. Competent in Microsoft Office, order processing, using the company’s accounting system, document filing, and preparing basic delivery documents.
5. Detail-oriented, customer-focused, reliable, able to work in a team, and willing to learn.
6. Mandarin proficiency is highly preferred for communicating with Mandarin-speaking customers. Effective communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English is preferred. Additional foreign languages are an advantage.

1. Log customer enquiries, purchase orders (POs), and sales handovers. Maintain order files according to procedures.
2. Check that orders are complete and follow up on missing information.
3. Record fulfilment confirmations, delivery updates, referrals, quotations, customer confirmations, and related communications.
4. Use approved information to prepare routine quotations, acknowledgements, and local delivery documents for review or issuance.
5. Forward confirmed orders for PO issuance, record fulfilment updates, and notify the Senior Account Executive of exceptions.
6. Help schedule local deliveries, update customers, collect proof of delivery, and file records.
7. Log customer feedback and complaints, and escalate valid or significant issues.
