Full Time Technical Instructional Designer (Electronics Engineering) Jobs, in Mindteck Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

We are looking for a technically strong Instructional Designer with an electronics engineering background to develop engaging, self-paced eLearning programs. The successful candidate will collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to transform complex Electronic Design Automation (EDA) workflows into interactive, easy-to-understand learning experiences.

• Design, develop, and enhance self-paced eLearning courses and technical training materials.
• Collaborate with engineering SMEs to understand complex EDA workflows and translate them into structured learning content.
• Develop interactive tutorials, demonstrations, assessments, and other digital learning resources.
• Create technically accurate learning content related to electronic design workflows, RF design, and high-speed digital applications.
• Organize complex technical information into clear, engaging, and learner-friendly modules.
• Review and optimize learning materials to improve learner engagement, knowledge retention, and overall effectiveness.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure technical accuracy and timely delivery of learning programs.
  

• Master's or Degree in Electronic Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Strong understanding of electronics engineering concepts and design workflows.
• Experience or familiarity with Advanced Design System (ADS), RFPro, and/or High-Speed Digital Design is highly preferred.
• Experience in instructional design, eLearning development, technical training, or technical content creation is an advantage.
• Ability to simplify complex engineering concepts into clear, structured learning materials.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work onsite at the client's location in Penang for the contract duration.
