Full Time Operation Clerk Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,000 in LEE TING SAN GROUP Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Job Objectives

• To gain Customers' satisfaction thru the best services by the following activities.
• Quick response to all customers' enquiries and upkeep data entry
• On time data entry with accurate information into SOVY system
• Keep track on POD return from driver and update subordinates if foreseen any delay

Key Functions

• Daily check and ensure all the related documents(Daily Job Sheet, DO/DN, POD, Custom Form) are completely return by driver to office for billing purposes
• Daily update and data entry all transaction records into Customer's Device (IAS &IPM) System
• Photostat D/O, DN and related documents
• Collect Logbook recording report from operation team and update into SOVY system within the same working day
• Compile and arrange all documents to send to Billing section
• Monitor his subordinate to ensure all the POD return on time as well back if required
• Backup for your Counterpart when needed

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
