Requirements
- Minimum qualification of SPM, STPM or Diploma is required.
- Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor.
- Experience and knowledge in steel industry are added advantages.
- Strong working knowledge of warehouse and logistic operations.
- Able to work with all levels of people.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse staff to ensure productivity and efficiency
- Liaise with other departments to ensure the timely delivery of products and address any issues or concerns
- Maintain optimum utilization of space and constantly review methods of material handling and flow to increase productivity.
- Ensure workplace health, safety, and security requirements are met.
- To supervise and train store personnel to carry out their jobs effectively.
- Check physical stock regularly and ensure Stock Cards are updated accurately.
- Ensure, examine, & maintain incoming and outgoing stocks accuracy
- Manage equipment maintenance and report any defects or safety hazards el
