Posses own transport and valid driving license with a clean driving record.

Experience in site supervision, customer service, or business development is an added advantage.

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with clients and workers.

Responsible, reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

Travel to client sites daily to monitor the performance and attendance of deployed workers.

Supervise and coordinate workers at client sites to ensure tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and according to client requirements.

Build and maintain good relationships with clients, addressing feedback and concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Assist in marketing by developing new business opportunities and following up on client enquiries and requirements.

Monitor workers’ attendance, work quality, and productivity, and provide guidance where necessary.

Communicate effectively with workers and clients to resolve operational and logistical issues.

Coordinate additional client requests such as extra manpower, transportation, or equipment arrangements.

Carry out any ad-hoc assignments assigned by management.
