Obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, and monitor purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.

Prepare and process e-Purchase Orders (e-PO) and manage e-invoicing accurately and efficiently.

Liaise with vendors to resolve purchasing, delivery, and invoicing issues in a timely manner.

Maintain accurate supplier records, purchasing documentation, and databases.

Monitor inventory levels and support stock planning to ensure optimal inventory management.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient procurement operations.

Promote cost-effective purchasing practices while maintaining quality standards.

Perform other ad hoc duties or projects as assigned.
