The Waiter/Waitress is responsible for providing attentive, friendly, and efficient service while ensuring every guest enjoys a welcoming and memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Welcome guests warmly and guide them to their tables.

* Present menus and explain dishes, ingredients, promotions, and daily specials.

* Take accurate food and beverage orders.

* Recommend suitable dishes, beverages, and menu pairings.

* Communicate allergies and dietary requirements clearly to the kitchen and bar.

* Serve food and beverages according to the restaurant’s service standards.

* Check guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or complaints.

* Prepare tables and maintain cleanliness throughout service.

* Clear and reset tables efficiently.

* Process bills and payments accurately.

* Coordinate closely with the kitchen, bar, host, and other service staff.

* Assist with opening and closing duties, including mise en place and restocking.

* Follow food-safety, hygiene, grooming, and workplace-safety standards.

* Maintain good knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and restaurant concept.

* Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or manager.
