Full Time Operations Coordinator Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in M & N Furniture Trading Selangor - Maukerja

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with relevant experience are also welcome.

• Experience in procurement, inventory control, logistics, or operations is an advantage.

• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and ERP/Inventory Management Systems.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

• Willing to work for 5.5 days / week

Procurement & Supplier Management

• Prepare, issue, and monitor Purchase Orders (POs).

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers while identifying new sourcing opportunities.

• Resolve purchasing issues, including shortages, damaged goods, pricing discrepancies, and invoice-related matters.

Operations & Logistics

• Coordinate with suppliers, container forwarders, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth inbound deliveries.

• Track purchase orders and shipment schedules, ensuring timely delivery.

• Verify delivery documents against purchase orders and supplier invoices.

• Liaise with internal departments to support daily operational requirements.

Inventory Management

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.

• Ensure inventory records are updated accurately after goods are received.

• Support stock counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.

• Work closely with the warehouse to maintain optimal stock levels.

Reporting & Administration

• Maintain accurate procurement and operational records.

• Prepare purchasing, inventory, and operational reports.

• Ensure all operational activities comply with company policies and procedures.

• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
