Full Time Production Planner - Controller Jobs, Salary up to MYR 10,000 in Mctronic Plastic Sdn. Bhd. Johor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and optimize daily injection molding production runs, balancing machine tonnage capacity, mold changes, and cycle times.
• Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure plastic resin (pellets/granules), masterbatch colorants, and insert components are available ahead of scheduled runs.
• Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and coordinate dynamically with the engineering and maintenance teams to schedule tool changes and routine mold maintenance with minimal bottlenecking.
• Analyze machine utilization rates and track actual output against sales forecasts to recommend productivity improvements.
• Ensure production runs meet QA documentation standards and cross-functionally liaise with logistics for on-time order fulfillment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree Required.
• 5+ years of production planning experience in plastic injection molding.
• Strong experience using ERP/MRP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Good understanding of molding machine capacity, tool changes, cycle times, and resin control.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate clearly with engineering, purchasing, and warehouse teams.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
