Job Summary
Responsible for supervising and coordinating all mechanical works for data centre construction projects, ensuring installation activities are completed safely, on schedule, within quality standards, and in compliance with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily mechanical installation works, including HVAC, chilled water piping, ventilation, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and project teams to achieve construction milestones.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Monitor manpower, material usage, and work progress.
• Assist in testing, commissioning, and system handover activities.
• Prepare site reports, progress updates, and relevant project documentation.
• Identify and resolve site technical issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical construction or site supervision.
• Experience in Data Centre, Mission Critical Facility, Industrial, or M&E projects is preferred.
• Good knowledge of HVAC, chilled water, fire protection, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
