Full Time Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in GME Carbon Johor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all techniques in production
• Secondly responsible for all activities of production.
• Responsible for tooling, raw materials, machine maintenance.
• To supervise a production operator and provide training when necessary.
• Responsible to monitor operator's performance and make periodic checks on product quality.
• Responsible for shift production target and schedule
• To plan scheduling for production according to Production Schedule
• Ensuring that all products are delivered on time.
• Responsible for individual operator's job appraisal.
• To assist Production Engineer in daily operations and follow the instruction given.
• Accountable for overall performance in terms of production record and scrap record.
• Responsible of 5S, ISO9001 and ISO 14001
• Responsible to perform sampling test on the product manufactured by the operators in order to achieve specified standard quality.
• Overall in-charge in all the operation in the tooling control and management.
• Ensure that problematic tooling is analyses and segregates with identified label in production
• Any other assignments from superior.

Pay: From RM4,500.00 per month
