Full Time Handyman Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,100 in ICON TRANS SDN BHD Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

• Skill in Electrical & Plumbing skill

• SPM/Diploma/Certificate in related field

• Able to support during emergency

• To maintain workers’ hostel in accordance with the company and customer requirement.

• To brief to the supervisor on the hostel hardware, electrical items, safety requirement for new set up.

• To provide data collection and data compilation on the workers concerns and grievances maintenance issues and job/task completed to hostel supervisor.

• Attend to window times at hostels for worker concerns and grievances maintenance issue and to update accordingly to hostel supervisors involved.

• To support operation whenever they need arrangement hostel cleaning, grass cutting, painting by arranging maintenance team.

• To reconsolidate all maintenance repair items and monitoring the cost of repairing.

• Follow up and monitoring maintenance work done as per schedule.

• Monitor energy and water management programs to ensure cost effective use of utilities and also coordinate accordingly with hostel supervisors whenever there is an issue arises.

Supporting Task:

• Support operation team on RBA requirement /setting up hostel/cleaning/painting/electrical/ building work/security.
