- Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities to ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently and according to project requirements.
- Lead and supervise construction workers, including allocating daily tasks and monitoring work progress.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, workers and other site personnel to ensure smooth site operations.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager on work status, milestones, site issues and potential delays.
- Ensure works are completed according to the required quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate and participate in site inspections with clients, engineers, safety personnel and other relevant stakeholders.
- Arrange and provide transportation for workers between worksites and workers' accommodation/dormitories when required.
- Assist with the mobilisation of workers, tools, materials and equipment between project sites.
- Ensure workers comply with site safety requirements and Company procedures.
- Perform other site-related duties as assigned by the Project Manager or Management.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant supervisory experience in the construction or related industry.
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence.
- Good knowledge of construction site operations and work coordination.
- Able to supervise and manage construction workers effectively.
- Able to communicate and coordinate with workers, subcontractors and project stakeholders.
- Responsible, hands-on and able to work independently in a site environment.
- Willing to travel between different project sites when required.
