Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities to ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently and according to project requirements.
  • Lead and supervise construction workers, including allocating daily tasks and monitoring work progress.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, workers and other site personnel to ensure smooth site operations.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager on work status, milestones, site issues and potential delays.
  • Ensure works are completed according to the required quality and safety standards.
  • Coordinate and participate in site inspections with clients, engineers, safety personnel and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Arrange and provide transportation for workers between worksites and workers' accommodation/dormitories when required.
  • Assist with the mobilisation of workers, tools, materials and equipment between project sites.
  • Ensure workers comply with site safety requirements and Company procedures.
  • Perform other site-related duties as assigned by the Project Manager or Management.
Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant supervisory experience in the construction or related industry.
  • Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence.
  • Good knowledge of construction site operations and work coordination.
  • Able to supervise and manage construction workers effectively.
  • Able to communicate and coordinate with workers, subcontractors and project stakeholders.
  • Responsible, hands-on and able to work independently in a site environment.
  • Willing to travel between different project sites when required.
