About the role:

We are seeking a talented HR Executive to join our dynamic team in Perai, Penang. As a full-time HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting our human resources operations and contributing to the overall success of our organisation.

12, Lorong Nagasari 4, Taman Nagasari, 13600 Perai, Pulau Pinang

Core Job Responsibilities:

• Working closely with department, increasingly in a consultant role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies, and procedures.
• Promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organizations.
• Liaising with a wide range of organizations involved in areas such as relations, disability, gender, age, health & safety.
• Recruiting staff this includes preparing advertisement, checking application forms, short listing interviewing and selecting candidates.
• Developing policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, disciplinary procedures and absence management.
• Interpreting and advising on employment legislation.
• Listening to grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.
• Developing HR planning strategies with line managers, with consider immediate and long term staff requirement in terms of number and skill levels.
• Ensure compliant to ISO 9001:2015 & AS9100D Quality Management System.
• Ensure housekeeping and safety in work place.
• To perform other job function deem necessary by Management.
• Handling Foreign Worker arrangements & handling FOMEMA & FWCMS Portal.

Required Qualifications & Key Skills:

• At least SPM or Certification and above.
• TBS Payroll experience is preferred.
• Able to using computer software with Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word.
• Able to handle Human Resources function & work independently.
• Able to communicate effectively with staff and employees.
• Must have minimum 5 years working experience in the same field and able to work independently.
