Unit Trust Consultant

We are expanding our Unit Trust Consultant team in Johor Bahru and are looking for motivated individuals who are interested in building a career in investment and financial services.

As a Unit Trust Consultant, you will work with individuals and families to understand their financial goals and introduce suitable unit trust investment solutions for retirement planning, education funding, wealth accumulation and long-term investing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet and communicate with prospective clients.

• Understand clients’ financial goals, investment objectives and risk profiles.

• Explain unit trust investment concepts clearly and professionally.

• Assist clients with cash and EPF-related unit trust investment enquiries, where applicable.

• Conduct client follow-ups and portfolio reviews.

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

• Participate in company activities, roadshows, booths, corporate engagements and appointments.

• Attend training and development programmes.

• Maintain proper documentation and comply with regulatory requirements.

• Develop your own client base through referrals, networking, social media and prospecting.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Malaysian citizen aged 18 and above.

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Candidates with experience in banking, insurance, takaful, property, sales, customer service or financial services are encouraged to apply.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willing to learn about investments and financial planning.

• Self-motivated, disciplined and comfortable working independently.

• Comfortable meeting clients and developing new business.

• No prior unit trust experience is required. Training will be provided.

Income:

Working Hours:

Flexible working hours, approximately 10–30 hours per week, depending on your schedule and business activity.

Johor Bahru, Johor.
