Job Overview

We are looking for responsible and hardworking Cleaners to carry out daily cleaning duties at residential properties such as condominiums and apartments. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across assigned areas.

Job Requirements

• No Experience Required (Experience Preferred)

• Responsible, punctual and willing to work.

• Able to follow instructions and cleaning schedules.

• Cleaning experience is an advantage but not compulsory.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willing to work at assigned sites.

• Perform daily cleaning according to the assigned work schedule and job scope.

• Sweep and mop common areas, corridors, staircases and other assigned areas.

• Clean lifts, lobbies, toilets, facilities and other common areas where applicable.

• Collect rubbish and maintain refuse/bin areas.

• Carry out scheduled weekly and periodic cleaning work.

• Use cleaning chemicals, tools and equipment correctly and safely.

• Report damaged equipment, insufficient supplies or site problems to the Site Leader/Supervisor.

• Follow instructions from the Site Leader and Supervisor.

• Maintain good attendance and punctuality.

• Correct cleaning issues when instructed.
