Job Description

• Actively coach, inspire, and manage frontline outlet teams. Elevate customer-service skills and transform staff into a collaborative, high-performance sales unit.
• Monitor daily sales, fix gaps proactively, and keep operations efficient & profitable.
• Turn customer feedback into loyalty and identify new opportunities to dominate the market.
• Scan competitive environments to identify territorial opportunities and expand our brand presence.

Requirement

• Experience: 3+ years working experience or managing multiple outlets is a plus).
• SPM / Polytechnic/Diploma holder in related fields
• Sales-driven and results-oriented.
• Possess valid driver license & own transport
• Flexible, leadership-focused, and tech-savvy enough to handle reports with ease.
