Responsibilities
- Be the Guest Experience Leader who interacts with customers at all times
- Greet and assist customers to ensure a great dining experience
- Handle family activities and events every weekend
- Gather customer feedback and share it with the restaurant team
- Support the restaurant team to deliver fast and friendly service
- Keep the dining area welcoming and ensure customer satisfaction
