Job Objectives:

We are seeking a hands-on Process Engineer to establish NPI lab processes, support test operations start-up, and develop scalable workflows for production ramp-up and high-volume manufacturing (HVM).

The successful candidate will work closely with Test Engineering, Operations, Quality, customers, and equipment vendors to ensure process readiness, operational efficiency, and compliance with customer requirements.

Job Scope:

• Establish NPI lab processes, operational workflows, and manufacturing readiness criteria.

• Translate customer requirements into standardized processes supporting NPI and production ramp-up.

• Coordinate setup and readiness of equipment and processes for device baking, MSL control, visual inspection, labeling, traceability, packing, and shipment.

• Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, process flows, and operational checklists.

• Identify process gaps, troubleshoot issues, and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure quality, traceability, and operational readiness, including customers’ audits.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, test operations, process engineering, or operations engineering.

• Experience in semiconductor backend operations is preferred.

• Good understanding of semiconductor test manufacturing flow, NPI, and production ramp-up.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

• Self-driven, practical, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced startup environment.
