Full Time HR Executive (Generalist - Payroll) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in Wong & Sim Dental Surgery Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

We’re looking for an HR Executive to manage monthly payroll and handle day-to-day HR matters across our group. Payroll is the main focus of this role. You’ll work closely with regional managers, branch managers and the Finance team to ensure salaries are processed accurately and paid on time.

Key responsibilities

- Process monthly payroll for multiple companies, including overtime, allowances, incentives, unpaid leave, deductions and final pay.

- Verify attendance, leave and overtime with branch managers before the payroll cut-off. Prepare payslips and payroll reports for Finance, with employee costs assigned to the correct company and branch.

- Prepare and coordinate statutory payroll submissions and payments for EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB.

- Maintain accurate employee records and handle routine staff enquiries on pay, leave and benefits.

- Support recruitment and onboarding, including arranging interviews, preparing offer letters and collecting new joiner documents.

- Track probation and confirmation dates, prepare routine HR letters, and coordinate exit clearance when employees leave.

Requirements

- At least 3 years of hands-on experience processing Malaysian payroll and handling general HR administration.

- Familiarity with payroll software, Excel and Malaysian statutory payroll processes.

- Able to manage monthly deadlines, follow up with multiple branches and handle confidential employee information carefully.

- Experience handling payroll for multiple companies or branches is an advantage.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
