Full Time Trade Compliance Officer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,000 in Semiwins International (M) Sdn. Bhd. Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related field.

2-3 years of experience in customs, trade compliance, or import/export operations (outstanding fresh graduates are welcome).

Familiar with Malaysia and Asia-Pacific customs regulations, import/export procedures, and Free Trade Agreements.

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficient in Excel and MS Office; experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.

Language: Proficiency in Mandarin (for communication with HQ) and English (for international trade documentation).

Manage import/export customs declaration and review trade documents to ensure compliance with customs regulations and company policies.

Support tariff classification (HS Code), customs valuation, and Certificate of Origin (FTA) compliance.

Coordinate with logistics teams, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and government authorities (e.g., Kastam) to resolve clearance issues.

Prepare customs KPI reports, operational statistics, and analytical summaries.

Assist in customs audits, compliance assessments, and maintain SOPs and operational guidelines.

Participate in process optimization and digitalization/automation improvement projects.
