Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end hiring across direct labor, indirect labor, and senior management roles.
Active Talent Sourcing: Deploy diverse sourcing channels—including social platforms, direct headhunting, internal networks, and recruitment agencies—to secure critical skills.
Interviewing & Offer Management: Facilitate structured interview processes and negotiate competitive employment offers within standard pay scales.
High-Volume Production Hiring: Conduct mass hiring campaigns to support ongoing operations.
Employer Branding & Candidate Care: Drive campus engagement, early-talent schemes, and positive candidate experiences across every hiring touchpoint.
Recruitment Operations & Mentorship: Guide hiring managers, supervise recruitment team performance, and optimize agency partnerships to eliminate talent bottlenecks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of talent acquisition experience.
- Experience in manufacturing recruitment experience is highly preferable.
- Experience across high-volume production and professional hiring
- Strong direct sourcing, structured interviewing, offer negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Open to all races and gender.
