Full Time Production Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,000 in ZKTEL Technology (M) Sdn. Bhd. Johor - Maukerja

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Production Supervisor.

• Able to work independently with minimal guidance.

• Possesses strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and other office productivity software.

• Proficiency communication in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.

• Plan Implementation: According to the production plan assigned by the workshop or superiors, reasonably break down tasks, clearly define each employee’s work content, quantity, and timeline to ensure timely completion of the production plan.

• Progress Tracking: Monitor production progress in real time, identify and resolve any delays or issues that arise during the production process.

• Output and Quality Control: While pursuing production volume, strictly ensure product quality.

• Manpower Allocation: Allocate human resources based on production tasks and employees’ skill levels and work status to ensure adequate and competent staffing at all positions.

• Training and Guidance: Provide pre-job training for new employees, including operating procedures, safety knowledge, and quality requirements, to help them become familiar with the work quickly.

• Team Communication and Motivation: Strengthen communication with employees, understand their thoughts, difficulties, and needs, and provide timely care and support.

• Material Management: Responsible for the requisition, issuance, and management of materials needed on the production line, ensuring timely and accurate supply.

• 5S On-site Management: Promote 5S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) to maintain a clean and orderly production site.
