About the Role

We are seeking a driven and customer-oriented Wealth Banking Relationship Manager to join a bank's wealth banking team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing customer relationships, understanding clients' financial needs, and recommending appropriate banking and wealth management solutions. This role is suited to professionals with relationship management, banking sales, or customer-facing experience who are looking to advance their careers in financial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with assigned customers.
• Understand customer financial goals and identify suitable banking and wealth management solutions.
• Promote relevant financial products and services based on customer needs.
• Identify opportunities to grow the customer portfolio and develop long-term business relationships.
• Achieve individual sales and business performance targets.
• Provide professional customer service and timely follow-up.
• Maintain accurate customer records and supporting documentation.
• Ensure all activities comply with the bank's internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

• Approximately 2–5 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in retail banking, personal banking, relationship management, financial services, or sales is preferred.
• Strong customer engagement, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, commercially aware, and results-driven.
• Able to build customer relationships and manage sales objectives effectively.
• Resilient and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
