Full Time TOOLROOM MANAGER Jobs, Salary up to MYR 8,000 in Camwell Johor - Maukerja

About the role

This role encompasses leadership and management of tooling operations, tooling design and development, primary process engineering in stamping, die maintenance and toolroom operations, project management, continuous improvement, and safety and compliance.

About you

· Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering or a related field (Diploma with extensive relevant experience may be considered)

· Minimum 5 years of experience in stamping tooling or toolroom operations, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role with a proven record of leading successful tooling projects

· Strong technical knowledge of stamping die design, construction, tryout, maintenance and trouble shooting and of stamping presses and press automation

· Hands on knowledge of die materials, heat treatment, surface coatings and toolroom machining (wire EDM, CNC, grinding)

· Proficient in CAD/CAM software and able to read and review complex die drawings and GD&T

· Experience with lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologies and with root cause analysis tools

· Data driven and analytical, with good project and budget management skills

· Excellent leadership, communication and cross functional collaboration skills, including with external die vendors

· Preferred: Experience with high speed progressive dies, deep raw or automotive/electronics stamping

· Preferred: Experience with die simulation or tooling management systems

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
